The following list is not what I took, but the equipment I would take if I were to trek the Annapurna Circuit in winter again, since the conditions on Thorung-La were a little colder than I anticipated. I would take boots somewhat warmer than my lightweight hiking boots, or at least a half size larger so I could wear two thick pairs of socks, and I would take either down pants or another pair of pile pants.
One bottle of iodine pills would have been enough; I didn’t use more than one pill a day. I kept hydrated while avoiding drinking untreated tap water by drinking hot tea often.
